Hunjae Park,

You have passed the final exam with a score of 90%.

At this time your traffic school is complete. Your certificate will be sent electronically to the Court within 24 hours and you should receive an e-mail confirmation at that time. If you do not receive a confirmation it does not mean that your information was not sent to the Court, the message may simply not have been delivered for any reason or your e-mail server may have considered it as SPAM and treated it accordingly. The confirmation message is generated on-the-fly and cannot be reproduced nor is it a valid proof of completion to the Court

If you have not paid your full bail amount and/or the Court's administrative fee, please make that payment to the Court ASAP and contact NTSA to resubmit your certificate to the Court after the payment has been processed by the Court.

If for any other reason this citation has not been masked from your record, please call NTSA and we will assist you.

NTSA DOES NOT mail a copy of the certificate to you and this e-mail confirms that you have successfully completed traffic school. This e-mail is not a certificate and WILL NOT be accepted by the Court as proof of completion. The Court will ONLY accept proof of completion directly from NTSA.

Please DO NOT contact either NTSA or your traffic school about the status of your certificate once it has been sent to the Court. We cannot offer you any more information. In most Courts, if you have completed traffic school on or before your due date, you will have nothing to worry about at this point. Some Courts, however, require that they receive the certificate on or before your due date. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have provided enough time for delivery of the certificate to the Court. All questions about certificate receipt and/or status should be driected to your Court. If the Court notifies you that they did not receive your certificate or you have paid your fines after completing traffic school you should contact NTSA and request that it be resubmitted to the Court. It is YOUR responsibility to follow up with the Court after your due (or disposition) date to verify that your case is closed properly.

  1. Thanks for posting your test.

(I don't know how you did it, though, because my NTSA test had disabled the copy feature.)

I found your site because I missed two questions and I couldn't find out what the correct answers were. My course, Safety-USA, disabled my password as soon as I passed the test. Anyway, you answered correctly one of the two questions I missed:

"A person shall be punished by imprisonment for no less than 90 days if convicted for a second DUI within ____."

In my course, the DUI stuff came at the very end, and since I'm pretty careful about drinking and driving, I didn't pay attention to the penalties for a second DUI. I chose the answer "1 year" but you got it right: "10 years"!

That's actually much tougher -- I should have thought harder about the question.

Still, we both got an "A" and no points on our license! Isn't that the point?

    Thanks again, Mr. Park.

    Laura

  2. Ooops! Just checked out your home page and you're Ms. Park, not Mr. Park!

    Sorry about that.

Congrats on getting your braces off, by the way. Seven years! What an awfully long time to wear braces. You have a beautiful smile that will last for the rest of your life, so I guess it was worth it...
